Project Description:

The LEAPS III Attendance Monitoring System is a comprehensive digital tool designed to support the Learning and Engaging All in Primary School (LEAPS) III project funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) through the McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program. This system aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of improving teacher attendance monitoring within 302 schools in Laos and increasing the capacity and understanding of local government and communities on the benefits of education.

Key Features:

Attendance Data Collection Tool Design: The system will design user-friendly tools for school staff, including teachers and other personnel, to accurately collect attendance data and streamline related workflows.

Monitoring Dashboards: The system will develop dashboards and associated tools for monitoring school staff enrollment and attendance across project schools. These dashboards will provide insights into attendance trends, enabling stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
